Charitable Donation Requests

At Girard Winery, we believe in giving back to the communities that have supported us for generations. We are proud to support charitable organizations, educational programs, and community initiatives through donations when possible.

Due to the large number of worthy requests we receive throughout the year, we are unable to fulfill every request. Priority is given to organizations serving our local communities and causes that align with our values of community, stewardship, education, and hospitality.

Thank you for considering Girard Winery as a partner in your fundraising efforts.

To be considered for a donation, all requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the event date.

Requests should be submitted via email to:

Each request should include the following information:

• Organization name
• Contact name, phone number, and email address
• Organization mailing address
• Event name and event date
• Event flyer, invitation, or promotional materials (if available)
• Description of the organization and its mission
• Explanation of who will benefit from the event proceeds
• Details regarding how the donation will be used (silent auction, live auction, raffle, etc.)
• Proof of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and Tax ID number

Please note that incomplete requests may not be considered.

To allow us to support as many organizations as possible:

• Organizations may submit one (1) request per calendar year.
• Requests must be made by a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
• Donations are typically provided in the form of winery experiences, tasting certificates, or other approved items.
• Donations may not be exchanged for cash value.
• Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Our team reviews donation requests on an ongoing basis and will make every effort to respond at least three (3) weeks prior to your event.

Due to the volume of requests received, we kindly ask that organizations refrain from calling to inquire about donation status. Approved organizations will be contacted directly via email with next steps and fulfillment details.
